We’re excited to bring you the first of our monthly construction progress reports for 17 Losai, our latest luxury apartment development. Each month, we’ll update you on the significant milestones and developments as we work towards bringing this project to life.

Ongoing Construction Activities at 17 Losai

  1. Blinding Completed for Columns and Retaining Wall (Grid 5-8)
    • We’ve successfully completed the blinding for the columns and retaining wall between Grid 5-8. This foundational work is crucial as it prepares the surface for the next stages of construction, ensuring a solid and stable base for the structure.
  2. Underground Water Tank Precision Side Wall Completed
    • The precision side wall of the underground water tank is now finished. This essential feature will ensure efficient water storage, contributing to the sustainability and self-sufficiency of the apartment block.
  3. Form Work to Column Bases and Retaining Wall (Grid 5-8) Ongoing
    • Our team is actively working on the formwork for the column bases and retaining wall between Grid 5-8. This ongoing task involves setting up the necessary molds to shape the concrete once poured, ensuring structural integrity.
  4. Minor Weep Hole Plugged on Neighbor’s Boundary Wall
    • We’ve addressed a minor issue by plugging a weep hole on the neighbor’s boundary wall. This action was taken to prevent any potential water seepage that could affect the structural integrity of both properties.
  5. Form Work for Bases Delivered, Fixing Ongoing
    • The materials for the base formwork have been delivered to the site, and the installation is currently underway. This step is crucial as it shapes the foundation of the building, setting the stage for the vertical construction to follow.
  6. Excavator Out of Site
    • The excavator, having completed its tasks, is no longer on site. This marks the end of the major excavation phase, allowing us to focus on the next stages of construction.
  7. No Ground Water Encountered
    • We are pleased to report that no groundwater has been encountered during the excavation. This is a positive sign for the stability of the foundation and will help keep the construction timeline on track.
